Eating What?!?!.....

Oh my have I not been good!! So for Weight Watcher, for those of you who don't know about it, you have a set amount of points each day. Well I haven't been keeping track very well this week and even this morning I packed my own breakfast and still ate the donut at church! Oops! I don't really have a limit on what I can eat. It is just I have a limit to how much and there are certain things I should be eating everyday, Like fruit and veggies, dairy products and such. I will be interested to see what the scale says this week.

However, Yesterday I did bust my but on a 40 minute Turbo Jam Cardio Party!! I love it! It makes me great!! I have started to put more intensity into my work out and am getting better with my moves. To be honest though I didn't feel like working out yesterday but you just have to remember the way you feel after. All your energy comes from within, it is a mental thing. Today I going to do little Turbo Sculpt and work on building those muscles!! I love the results I get not only physical but also mental!! So I am going to keep trucking along even when I just want to quit. So off I go!!
